Neither the Arranger or any other Programme Party is responsible for monitoring the compliance of the Portfolio Administrator with the relevant Investment Strategy, including the Portfolio Administrator’s compliance with applicable limitations and restrictions on the scope of its discretions under the relevant Investment Strategy.
Prospective ETP Securityholders should review the disclosures pertaining to the Arranger Fee in the relevant Investment Strategy to evaluate their potential impact on the performance of the ETP Securities, and thereby assess the appropriateness and suitability of the ETP Securities for their investment requirements.
