Lead Arrangers means ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities LLC, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Bank USA, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Barclays Bank PLC, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Senior Funding, Inc. and Credit Suisse Loan Funding LLC.
Lead Arrangers means the Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Arrangers identified on the cover page of this Agreement.
Lead Arrangers means ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities LLC and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC, each in its capacity as lead arranger in respect of the Facility.
