Lead Arrangers definition

Lead Arrangers means ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities LLC, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Bank USA, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Barclays Bank PLC, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Senior Funding, Inc. and Credit Suisse Loan Funding LLC.
Lead Arrangers means the Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Arrangers identified on the cover page of this Agreement.
Lead Arrangers means ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities LLC and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC, each in its capacity as lead arranger in respect of the Facility.

Examples of Lead Arrangers in a sentence

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners, Lead Arrangers, Syndication Agents or Documentation Agents shall have any duties, responsibilities, obligations, liabilities, powers or rights hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents in its capacity as such.

  • Each of the Borrowers and the other Loan Parties hereby agrees that it will not claim that any of the Administrative Agent, the Bookrunners, the Lead Arrangers, any Lender or any of their respective Affiliates has rendered advisory services of any nature or respect or owes any fiduciary duty to it (including your stockholders, employees or creditors) in connection with any aspect of any transaction contemplated hereby.

  • The Lenders, the Lead Arrangers and the Administrative Agent shall have received all invoiced fees required to be paid, and all expenses for which invoices have been presented (including the reasonable fees and expenses of legal counsel), on or before the Closing Date, in each case, to the extent invoiced at least three Business Days prior to the Closing Date.

  • None of the Joint Lead Arrangers shall have any responsibility under this Agreement.

Lead Arrangers means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lynch, Pierce, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ Incorporated in their capacity as the Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners.
Lead Arrangers shall have the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
