Examples of Syndication Agent in a sentence
Any Lender identified on the facing page or signature page of this Agreement or in any amendment hereto or as designated with consent of the Agent in any assignment agreement as Arranger, Documentation Agent, Syndication Agent or any similar titles, shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement as a result of such title other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each of the Borrower and the other Loan Parties hereby waives and releases any claims that it may have against the Administrative Agent, the Lenders, the Co-Documentation Agents, the Syndication Agent and the Arrangers with respect to any breach or alleged breach of agency or fiduciary duty in connection with any aspect of any transaction contemplated hereby.
The Arrangers, the Syndication Agent, the Sustainability Structuring Agent and the Documentation Agents, in such capacity, assume no responsibility or obligation hereunder, including, without limitation, for servicing, enforcement or collection of any of the Loans, nor any duties as an agent hereunder for the Lenders.
Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, no Arranger, Syndication Agent or Co-Documentation Agent shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or a Lender.
None of the Administrative Agent, any Arranger, the Syndication Agent or any Co-Documentation Agent shall have any duties or obligations except those expressly set forth herein and in the other Loan Documents, and its respective duties hereunder shall be administrative in nature.
