Supported Users mean the authorized users of Platform Services (“Supported Users”) listed by Subscriber name in the Order Quote form, specifically, the contact information for at least one and a maximum of three representatives who will be authorized to submit tickets and exercise rights for hosting granted by this Agreement. No other Subscriber representatives will be so entitled, and they will be redirected via email to one or more of the Supported Users.   • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

On-Line Ordering Service means the service accessed by entering the Licensor’s Login Details where indicated on OS’s Website.   • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Named User means a named individual authorized to use the Software (or any portion thereof) regardless of whether the individual is actively using the Software at any given time; a non-human operated device will be counted as one or multiple Named User(s) (depending on the nature of operation) in addition to all individuals authorized to use the Software; and “Permitted Users“ means Named Users, concurrent Users or other types of Users being authorized to use the Software, as set forth in the applicable Notification Form.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Named User License means the Metric and Licensed Level applicable to each Named User.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Water-oriented use means a use that is water-dependent, water-related, or water-enjoyment, or a combination of such uses.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Authorized User means any Customer and Affiliate employee, agent, contractor, or consultant who is granted authorization by Customer to access and use the Subscription and Non-Subscription Services.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.
