Customer Users definition

Customer Users means Customers’ individuals end users who are authorized by Company to access and use the Services on behalf of a Customer in connection with Company’s services.

Customer Users means any employee, contractor or other third party authorised or permitted by the Customer to access or use the IoT Services.

Customer Users means Customer’s Participating Pharmacies, employees, representatives, consultants, contractors, or agents who are authorized to use the Service as contemplated by this Agreement.

Examples of Customer Users in a sentence

• Provider shall be entitled to grant non-perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferable sub-licenses to Customer for the applicable Order Form Term, limited to providing Customer Users Screen Access to the Software (the “Sub-Licenses”).

• Customer shall be solely responsible for all use or misuse of the user IDs of Customer Users, and except as otherwise required by applicable law RIB shall have no obligation to monitor for or report any use or attempted use of the user IDs of Customer Users.

More Definitions of Customer Users

Customer Users means the natural persons connected to the Administrator and/or the Customer (e.g. as employee, owner or contractor) that have a free trial/pilot or paid subscription and license to use the Platform.

Customer Users means the data subjects set out in Annex 2 (as amended from time to time).
