Customer Users means any lenders, contractors, or other third parties Customer gives access to the System, including without limitation such lenders’, contractors’ and other third parties’ agents and employees.

Customer Users means any employee, contractor or other third party authorised or permitted by the Customer to access or use the IoT Services.

• Neither Customer, Users nor any other third party has a right to inspect, possess, use, copy, or attempt to discover the source code of (or any portion of) the Software, except to the extent that Customer, a User or a third party is expressly permitted to decompile the Software under applicable law and Customer, the User or the third party notifies Provider in writing in advance of its intention to decompile the Software and its reason for doing so.

• Customer Users is not permitted under this Agreement in the absence of express written consent from the Service Provider, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

More Definitions of Customer Users

Customer Users means Customer’s Representatives or agents who are authorized to use the ArbiMed Software, Equipment (if applicable), and the Support Services, and that have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer or on Customer’s behalf for such purpose.

Customer Users means Customer’s Participating Pharmacies, employees, representatives, consultants, contractors, or agents who are authorized to use the Service as contemplated by this Agreement.

Customer Users means the natural persons connected to the Administrator and/or the Customer (e.g. as employee, owner or contractor) that have a free trial/pilot or paid subscription and license to use the Platform.

Customer Users means the data subjects set out in Annex 2 (as amended from time to time).

Customer Users are Users who are directed by our Customers through their website or by other means fill out questionnaires and surveys. Throughout this document, both Account Manager Users, Employee Users, and Customer Users will be referred to as “Users”.
