Service Level Agreement or definition

Service Level Agreement or. SLA: means the service level for the Services as set out in Annex 3.1;
Service Level Agreement or. SLA: means the document setting out service level commitments and attached as a Schedule, if applicable;

The Software shall conform with the specification in Schedule 5 and shall include all features and functionalities set out in said specification.

Examples of Service Level Agreement or in a sentence

  • If a party hereto is unable to meet the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, or in the event that a dispute arises relating to performance goals set forth in the Service Level Agreement, either party to this Agreement shall address any concerns it may have by requiring a consultation with the other party.

  • It is the intention of the parties that the sole remedy for failure to perform in accordance with the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, or any dispute relating to performance goals set forth in the Service Level Agreement, will be a meeting of the parties to resolve the failure pursuant to the consultation procedure described in Sections V.

  • During the course of the year, Recipient will make reasonable effort to inform ServiceCo of expected changes in the volumes and patterns of Recipient's consumption of services and products, and ServiceCo will make reasonable efforts to maintain the pricing stated in the Service Level Agreement or a client billing plan reflecting Service Level Agreement charges.

  • Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given in Exhibit B (Service Level Agreement) or Section 1 (Definitions) of the Agreement.

  • If the Parties are unable to agree on the terms of a Galileo Services Service Level Agreement or a Worldspan Services Service Level Agreement within 60 days following the Worldspan Closing or the determination that the Worldspan Closing will not occur, as the case may be, then the decision regarding the applicable Service Level Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration pursuant to Section 13.


More Definitions of Service Level Agreement or

Service Level Agreement or. SLA means Phreesia’s service level commitment as set forth and described on Exhibit B attached hereto for both the Subscription Service and the Hardware.
Service Level Agreement or. SLA” means a set of key performance indicators for any particular Service, as more particularly specified in the Service Level Agreement document.

Service Level Agreement or. SLA” means the service standards and general processes against which the development management service and performance will be delivered and monitored throughout the period of the Agreement (as developed and forming part of this this Agreement at Schedule 2). The SLA will be the subject of appropriate review by both parties and will be used to help measure performance and to help inform payments for the services provided.
Service Level Agreement or. SLA means the terms and conditions pursuant to which CloudWave agrees to provide Services and Support to Customer at the level elected by Customer in the Proposal. Services means the Services selected by Customer as set forth in the Proposal, as may be modified pursuant to the Agreement or a Change Order. Supported Components means the hardware and Supported Software listed in the Proposal, or a Change Order, as supported by CloudWave as part of the Services.
Service Level Agreement or. SLA” means in relation to O&M the Operation and Maintenance SLA, to be issued by ESIC to the Service Provider immediately upon the execution of this Agreement by the Parties in the form and content at Schedule ‘K’ and in relation to commencement of each specific Base Service definition set forth in Part- II of Schedule ‘E’ hereto upon issue of an SLA in respect thereof in the form set forth at Schedule ‘L’ by the ESIC to the Service Provider pursuant to this Agreement, it being expressly agreed that each SLA upon issue thereof by ESIC shall constitute a binding obligation of Service Provider and ESIC in accordance with this Agreement.
