Service Level Standards definition

Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.
Service Level Standards means those standards, collectively presented as the “Service Level Standards” within the Service Specifications, setting forth measurable criteria by which the efficiency, reliability, accuracy and security of the Services can be evaluated. In approving the Service Specifications, and any future Modifications, the parties may assure that (a) Service Level Standards, which are mutually agreed upon by the Funds and the Agent with respect to particular Services, are specified and (b) for each such Service Level Standard, appropriate procedures may be described, as mutually agreed to, for measuring and testing, on a periodic basis consistent with, and no less frequently than, the Performance Reports, the performance of the Agent against the Service Level Standards.
Service Level Standards means the Performance Standards that govern work under the contract which are interspersed within the contract document itself in the absence of an accompanying SLA Exhibit and include the Basic Service Level Standards as defined in Section 1.4 of this Exhibit.

  • I/We, the undersigned bidder, Having read & examined in detail, the Bid Document, the receipt of which is hereby duly acknowledged, I/ we, the undersigned, offer to supply/ work as mentioned in the Scope of the work, Technical specifications, Service Level Standards & in conformity with the said bidding document for the same.

  • In all such cases, Vendor will continue to make all reasonable efforts to achieve the Service Level Standards.

  • Vendor shall advise Citizens in writing as soon as possible of any circumstance or occurrence which would excuse or affect Vendor's ability to achieve any of the Service Level Standards.

  • On a monthly basis, in arrears and no later than the fifteenth (15th) calendar day of the month following the reporting month, Vendor shall provide reports to Citizens describing the performance of the Services as compared to the Service Level Standards.

More Definitions of Service Level Standards

Service Level Standards means the service levels (applicable only during the Standard Term and solely with respect to the Services) located at xxxxx://Xxxxxxxx.xxx/CloudServices, which are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
Service Level Standards has the meaning given to in Section 7.16(a).
Service Level Standards means standards defining the service quality and turnaround time for fulfilling the duties and responsibilities laid down for the Trustee Bank.
Service Level Standards has the meaning given in Section 5.1 of these General Terms and Conditions.
Service Level Standards means and refer to the service level standards attached hereto as Exhibit G, which from time to time may be changed, amended, updated or revised by mutual agreement of the Parties.
Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4(a).
Service Level Standards means, with respect to any service at any given time, the standards for the performance of such service most recently agreed upon by the Parties at such time or if no such standards have been previously agreed upon by the Parties, the standards for the performance of such service then in effect for BLI’s other [***] customers.
