Service Standards definition

Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, conditions and Service Guarantee Payments as set out in Schedule 1;
Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, Service Guarantees, service performance reporting measures and frequency of reporting as set out in schedule 1;
Service Standards means the prescribed level of services on which the schedule of charges in Schedule “B-1” are based;
