Service Standards definition

Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, conditions and Service Guarantee Payments as set out in Schedule 1;
Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, Service Guarantees, service performance reporting measures and frequency of reporting as set out in schedule 1;
Service Standards means the prescribed level of services on which the schedule of charges in Schedule “B-1” are based;

  • The hotline and information services shall be staffed and operated in accordance with the Customer Service Standards set forth in Section 3.6 to provide support to Covered California Enrollees and in a manner designed to assure compliance with these Performance Standards.

More Definitions of Service Standards
