Senior Supervisory Personnel definition

Senior Supervisory Personnel means in respect of any Party, any individual who functions as its senior resident manager directing all operations and activities of such Party in the country or region in which he is resident, and any manager who directly reports to such senior resident manager in such country or region, but excluding all managers or supervisors who are responsible for or in charge of installations or facilities, onsite drilling, construction or production and related operations, or any other field operations.
Senior Supervisory Personnel means a Party’s senior manager, who directs all operations and activities of such Party in Australia.

  • For all purposes of this Agreement, references to the knowledge of a Party and to matters of which a Party is aware refer to the actual knowledge of the Senior Supervisory Personnel of that Party and its Affiliates.


More Definitions of Senior Supervisory Personnel

Senior Supervisory Personnel means, with respect to the Seller, any of the following:
Senior Supervisory Personnel means, with respect to Service Provider, any of the following: (a) any individual who is a senior region manager and who directs all operations and activities of Service Provider in Alpine High (as defined in the Purchase Rights and Restrictive Covenants Agreement), (b) any individual who is at a management level equivalent to or superior to a senior region manager referred to in foregoing clause (a) for Service Provider, and (c) any region manager with management or supervisory responsibilities in relation to the Services and who reports directly to the individuals referred to in foregoing clause (a) or (b).
Senior Supervisory Personnel means any supervisory employee of a Party who functions as such Party's designated manager or supervisor who is responsible for, or in charge of onsite drilling, construction or production and related operations, or any other field operations; and, any employee of such Party who functions at or above such management level or an officer or a director of such Party.
Senior Supervisory Personnel means, with respect to an entity, any director or officer of such entity, and any individual who functions for such entity or one of its Affiliates at a management level equivalent or superior to any individual functioning as such entity’s senior manager(s), who: (a) has authority over such entity’s seismic, acquisition, drilling, construction or production aand related operations and activities in Peru sufficient to direct the manner in which such operations and activities are conducted, or (b) are responsible for the negotiation of matters related to this Agreement and the transactions and agreements contemplated hereby.
