Security Instruments definition
Security Instruments means, collectively, (a) the Mortgages, (b) the Transfer Letters, (c) the Pledge Agreements, (d) the Security Agreements, (e) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with the Pledge Agreements, the Security Agreements, or the Mortgages, (f) each agreement, instrument or document executed in connection with the Cash Collateral Account; and (g) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with securing the Obligations.
Security Instruments means the Guaranty Agreement, mortgages, deeds of trust and other agreements, instruments or certificates described or referred to in Exhibit E, and any and all other agreements, instruments, consents or certificates now or hereafter executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Person (other than Swap Agreements with the Lenders or any Affiliate of a Lender or participation or similar agreements between any Lender and any other lender or creditor with respect to any Indebtedness pursuant to this Agreement) in connection with, or as security for the payment or performance of the Indebtedness, the Notes, this Agreement, or reimbursement obligations under the Letters of Credit, as such agreements may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Security Instruments means, collectively or individually as the context may indicate, the Mortgages and any related Mortgaged Property Support Documents and all other agreements, instruments and other documents, whether now existing or hereafter in effect, pursuant to which the Company, any other Loan Party, or any other Person shall grant or convey to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties a Lien in, or any other Person shall acknowledge any such Lien in, property as security for all or any portion of the Obligations.
Examples of Security Instruments in a sentence
If in the future Collateral exists for the Loan, the Borrower and each Subsidiary shall each perform such acts and shall duly authorize, execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, and record such additional assignments, security agreements, and other agreements, documents, instruments, and certificates as Lender may deem reasonably necessary or appropriate in order to perfect and maintain any and all security interests created in favor of Lender in the Security Instruments.

Security Instruments means the security instruments executed and delivered in satisfaction of the condition set forth in Section 3.1(f), and all other documents and instruments at any time executed as security for all or any portion of the Obligations, as such instruments may be amended, restated, or supplemented from time to time.
Security Instruments means the Facility Guaranty, the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, and any and all other agreements and instruments, now or hereafter executed and delivered by Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary as security for, or as a guaranty of, the payment or performance of the Obligations, the Notes, this Agreement, or reimbursement obligations under the Letters of Credit, as such agreements or instruments may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time. Hedge Agreements do not constitute Security Instruments.

Security Instruments means, collectively, the Collateral Agreement, the Mortgages, each Intellectual Property Security Agreement, and all other agreements (including Joinder Agreements, control agreements, supplements, collateral assignments and similar agreements), instruments and other documents, whether now existing or hereafter in effect, pursuant to which the Borrower, any Subsidiary or other Person (other than a Lender) shall grant or convey to the Administrative Agent (for the benefit of the Secured Parties) a Lien in, or any other Person shall acknowledge any such Lien in, property as security for all or any portion of the Obligations or any other obligation under any Loan Document.
Security Instruments means the Guarantee Agreement, the Account Control Agreements, the mortgages, deeds of trust and other agreements or instruments described or referred to in Exhibit D, and any and all other agreements or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Person (including Hedging Agreements with the Hedge Lenders, but excluding participation or similar agreements between any Lender and any other lender or creditor with respect to any Indebtedness pursuant to this Agreement) in connection with, or as security for the payment or performance of the Indebtedness, Notes, this Agreement, or reimbursement obligations under the Letters of Credit, as such agreements may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Security Instruments means individually and/or collectively (as the context requires), each first priority Mortgage / Deed of Trust/Deed to Secure Debt, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing dated the date hereof, executed and delivered by each Borrower as security for the Loan and encumbering each Individual Property, as each of the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
