Security Instruments definition

Security Instruments means, collectively, (a) the Mortgages, (b) the Transfer Letters, (c) the Pledge Agreements, (d) the Security Agreements, (e) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with the Pledge Agreements, the Security Agreements, or the Mortgages, (f) each agreement, instrument or document executed in connection with the Cash Collateral Account; and (g) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with securing the Obligations.
Security Instruments means the Guaranty Agreement, mortgages, deeds of trust and other agreements, instruments or certificates described or referred to in Exhibit E, and any and all other agreements, instruments, consents or certificates now or hereafter executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Person (other than Swap Agreements with the Lenders or any Affiliate of a Lender or participation or similar agreements between any Lender and any other lender or creditor with respect to any Indebtedness pursuant to this Agreement) in connection with, or as security for the payment or performance of the Indebtedness, the Notes, this Agreement, or reimbursement obligations under the Letters of Credit, as such agreements may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Security Instruments means, collectively or individually as the context may indicate, the Mortgages and any related Mortgaged Property Support Documents and all other agreements, instruments and other documents, whether now existing or hereafter in effect, pursuant to which the Company, any other Loan Party, or any other Person shall grant or convey to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties a Lien in, or any other Person shall acknowledge any such Lien in, property as security for all or any portion of the Obligations.

Examples of Security Instruments in a sentence

  • A carbon, photographic or other reproduction of the Security Instruments or any financing statement covering the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof shall be sufficient as a financing statement where permitted by law.

  • The Security Instruments further provide in general for the application of such proceeds to the satisfaction of the Indebtedness and other obligations described therein and secured thereby.

  • All such Liens will be created and perfected by and in accordance with the provisions of deeds of trust, security agreements and financing statements or other Security Instruments, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and in sufficient executed (and acknowledged where necessary or appropriate) counterparts for recording purposes.

  • The Security Instruments further provide in general for the application of such proceeds to the satisfaction of the Obligations and other obligations described therein and secured thereby.

Security Instruments means, collectively, the Pledge Agreement and all other agreements, instruments and other documents, whether now existing or hereafter in effect, pursuant to which the Borrower or any Subsidiary shall grant or convey to the Agent or the Lenders a Lien in property as security for all or any portion of the Obligations, as any of them may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Security Instruments means, collectively, the Collateral Agreement, the Mortgages, each Intellectual Property Security Agreement, and all other agreements (including Joinder Agreements, control agreements, supplements, collateral assignments and similar agreements), instruments and other documents, whether now existing or hereafter in effect, pursuant to which the Borrower, any Subsidiary or other Person (other than a Lender) shall grant or convey to the Administrative Agent (for the benefit of the Secured Parties) a Lien in, or any other Person shall acknowledge any such Lien in, property as security for all or any portion of the Obligations or any other obligation under any Loan Document.

Security Instruments means the mortgages, deeds of trust, pledge agreements, security agreements, including without limitation the Security Agreement, control agreements, and other agreements, instruments and supplements described or referred to in Exhibit D, and any and all other agreements, instruments and supplements now or hereafter executed and delivered by the Credit Parties (other than Secured Swap Agreements or participation or similar agreements between any Lender and any other lender or creditor with respect to any Obligations pursuant to this Agreement) as security for the payment or performance of the Obligations, the Notes, this Agreement, or Reimbursement Obligations, as such agreements may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.
