Intellectual Property Security Agreement definition
Intellectual Property Security Agreement means the Intellectual Property Security Agreement dated as of the Closing Date among the Loan Parties and the Collateral Agent for its own benefit and for the benefit of the other Credit Parties, granting a Lien in the Intellectual Property of the Loan Parties, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
Intellectual Property Security Agreement means any agreement executed on or after the Closing Date confirming or effecting the grant of any Lien on IP Rights owned by any Loan Party to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, in accordance with this Agreement, including any of the following: (a) a Trademark Security Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit H-1 hereto, (b) a Patent Security Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit H-2 hereto or (c) a Copyright Security Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit H-3 hereto.
Intellectual Property Security Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Security Agreement.

The Note shall be secured by the collateral set forth in the Security Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit BC (the “Security Agreement”) and the intellectual property set forth in the Intellectual Property Security Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit D (the “IP Security Agreement”).

Intellectual Property Security Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(a)(v).

Intellectual Property Security Agreement means any Intellectual Property Security Agreement executed and delivered by Borrower in favor of Lender, as the same may be amended, supplemented, or restated from time to time.
Intellectual Property Security Agreement means a security agreement in the form hereof or a short form hereof, in each case, which form shall be reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
