UK Security Agreement definition

UK Security Agreement means each of the security documents expressed to be governed by the laws of England (as modified, supplemented, amended or amended and restated from time to time) covering certain of such UK Loan Party’s present and future UK Collateral.
UK Security Agreement means, collectively, the debentures, dated as of the date hereof, entered into by the grantors party thereto and the Collateral Trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit G-2 hereto, and any future debentures required pursuant to Section 9.11, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
UK Security Agreement means, collectively, any Security Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit M-3, including all sub-parts thereto, among the U.K. Guarantors and the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, including the U.K. Share Charge.

UK Security Agreement means, collectively, (i) any Security Agreement, including all sub-parts thereto, among any U.K. Guarantors (and such other Persons as may be party thereto) and the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, (ii) each pledge agreement, mortgage, security agreement, charge, assignment, guarantee or other agreement that is entered into by any U.K. Guarantor or any Person who is the holder of Equity Interests in any U.K. Guarantor in favor of the Collateral Agent and/or the Revolving Credit Collateral Agent in its capacity as agent for the Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and (iii) any other pledge agreement, mortgage, security agreement, charge, assignment or other agreement entered into pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents, in each case of clauses (i), (ii) and (iii), that is governed by the laws of England and Wales, securing the Secured Obligations, and entered into pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
UK Security Agreement means any debenture, mortgage, assignment, pledge or security agreement entered into on or after the date of this Agreement, in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent, by each UK Loan Party (as required by this Agreement or any other Loan Document) in favor of the UK Collateral Agent for the ratable benefit of the UK Revolving Lenders, the Singapore Revolving Lenders, the UAE Revolving Lenders, the Canadian Revolving Lenders and the Other Secured Parties to secure the UK Secured Obligations, the Canadian Secured Obligations, the UAE Secured Obligations and the Singapore Secured Obligations, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
UK Security Agreement means that certain Debenture dated as of the date hereof, between the UK Borrower and the UK Security Trustee as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
UK Security Agreement means the English security agreement, to be dated as of the Issue Date, among the entities listed in Schedule 1 thereto as chargors, the Notes Collateral Agent and the other parties thereto, as amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
