Security Agreement Collateral definition

Security Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Security Agreement.
Security Agreement Collateral means all property pledged or granted as collateral pursuant to the Security Agreement (a) on the Closing Date or (b) thereafter pursuant to Section 5.11.
