Real Property Security Documents definition

Real Property Security Documents means with respect to the fee interest of any Loan Party in any real property:
Real Property Security Documents means the Landlord Consent and any mortgage or deed of trust or any other real property security document executed or required hereunder to be executed by any Obligor and granting a security interest in real Property owned or leased (as tenant) by any Obligor in favor of the Lenders.
Real Property Security Documents means the Landlord Consent and any mortgage or deed of trust or any other real property security document executed or required hereunder to be executed by any Obligor and granting a security interest in real Property owned or leased (as tenant) by any Obligor in favor of the Secured Parties.

  • Parent and Borrower shall promptly from time to time upon the request of the Majority Lenders, use commercially reasonable efforts to, subject to the receipt of any necessary landlord consents, execute and deliver such Real Property Security Documents with respect to each real Property owned or leased (as tenant) by Parent, Borrower and other Guarantors in the United States.

More Definitions of Real Property Security Documents

Real Property Security Documents means any Mortgage, Landlord Consent, Bailee Letter or any other real property security document, registration, recordation, filing, instrument or approval required, entered into or recommended to grant, perfect, and otherwise render enforceable Liens in real property in favor of the Secured Parties for purposes of securing the Obligations.
Real Property Security Documents means any Mortgage Deliverables or Landlord Consents.
Real Property Security Documents means any Landlord Consents or Bailee Letters.
Real Property Security Documents means with respect to the freehold interest or fee interest of any Note Party in any real property (other than Excluded Property) located in the United States (or in the case of any such real property located in Norway or England, as otherwise required pursuant to the terms of the English Security Documents or Norwegian Security Documents, and in the case of any such real property located outside the United States, Norway or England, similar documents as customary or required under the laws of such jurisdiction):
