Definition of Loan and Security Agreement


Loan and Security Agreement means the Loan and Security Agreement dated April 25, 2013 between the Company, as Borrower, the Guarantors named therein and MidMarket Capital Partners, LLC, as Agent, and the Lenders named therein, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Examples of Loan and Security Agreement in a sentence

To the extent the Receiver needs funds for shared-loss payments respect to this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement, the Receiver shall request funds under the Master Loan and Security Agreement, as amended (MLSA), from FDIC in its corporate capacity.
