Security Agreement definition

Security Agreement. With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the agreement creating a security interest in favor of the originator in the related Cooperative Stock.

Security Agreement means the security and pledge agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, executed in favor of the Administrative Agent by each of the Loan Parties.
