Security Agreement definition

Security Agreement. With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the agreement creating a security interest in favor of the originator in the related Cooperative Stock.
Security Agreement means the security agreement dated as of the Closing Date executed in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the holders of the Obligations, by each of the Loan Parties, as amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Security Agreement. With respect to any Cooperative Loan, the agreement between the owner of the related Cooperative Shares and the originator of the related Mortgage Note that defines the terms of the security interest in such Cooperative Shares and the related Proprietary Lease.
