Facility Guaranty definition
Facility Guaranty means a guarantee of the Obligations made by any Person in favor of the Agent and the other Credit Parties pursuant to the Security Agreement or in such other form reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.
Facility Guaranty means the Facility Guaranty made by the Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent and the other Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1 hereto, or in another form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.
Facility Guaranty means each Guaranty Agreement between one or more Guarantors and the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, delivered as of the Closing Date and otherwise pursuant to Section 7.18, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented.

The Guarantors hereby acknowledge, confirm and agree that the Guaranteed Obligations of the Guarantors under, and as defined in, each Facility Guaranty (as applicable) include, without limitation, all Obligations of the Loan Parties at any time and from time to time outstanding under the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

More Definitions of Facility Guaranty
Facility Guaranty means the Guaranty made by the Guarantors in favor of the Agent and the other Credit Parties, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, renewed, restated or replaced.
