Second Lien Security Documents definition

Second Lien Security Documents means all “Security Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other security documents executed and delivered in connection with any Second Lien Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Second Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Notes Indenture.

Second Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents (other than any Security Documents that do not secure the Second Lien Obligations).

More Definitions of Second Lien Security Documents

Second Lien Security Documents means the Second-Lien Loan Agreement and any other agreement, document, mortgage or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted (or purported to be granted) securing any Second-Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified or Refinanced from time to time as permitted hereunder.

Second Lien Security Documents shall have the meaning assigned to the term “Security Documents” in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

Second Lien Security Documents means the collective reference to each security agreement, pledge agreement, mortgage, deed of trust, collateral agreement, instrument or other document granting or perfecting a Lien on any asset or assets of any Person in accordance with the terms of the Prepetition Intercreditor Agreement to secure the obligations and liabilities of Holdings, the Borrower and certain of its Subsidiaries under the Second Lien Note Documents.

Second Lien Security Documents means, collectively, (i) the Credit Agreement Collateral Documents and (ii) the Additional Second Lien Security Documents.

Second Lien Security Documents means any documents, agreements or instruments now existing or entered into after the date hereof that create (or purport to create) Liens on any assets or properties of any Grantor to secure any Second Lien Obligations.

Second Lien Security Documents means any documents which may be given to or held by the Second Lien Collateral Agent from time to time to secure repayment of any or all of the Second Lien Obligations, as such documents may be supplemented, amended or replaced from time to time.
