Second Lien Security Documents definition

Second Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents”, as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted to secure any Second Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed.

Second Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Notes Indenture.

Second Lien Security Documents means the Indenture Second Lien Security Documents and the Additional Second Lien Security Documents.

• By accepting the benefits of this Agreement and the other Second Lien Security Documents, each Second Lien Secured Party authorizes the Second Lien Collateral Trustee to enter into this Agreement and to act on its behalf as collateral agent hereunder and in connection herewith.

• The Liens granted pursuant to the Security Documents are prior to the Liens granted pursuant to the Second Lien Security Documents.

• The Priority Lien Agent acting pursuant to this Section 5.01 shall not have by reason of the Priority Lien Security Documents, the Second Lien Security Documents, this Agreement or any other document or theory, a fiduciary relationship in respect of any Priority Lien Secured Party, the Second Lien Collateral Agent or any Second Lien Secured Party.

More Definitions of Second Lien Security Documents

Second Lien Security Documents means all security agreements, pledge agreements, collateral assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust, collateral agency agreements, control agreements or other grants or transfers for security executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Grantor creating (or purporting to create) a Lien upon Collateral in favor of the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of any of the Second Lien Secured Parties, in each case, as amended, modified, renewed, restated or replaced, in whole or in part, from time to time, in accordance with its terms and Section 7.1.

Second Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents (other than any Security Documents that do not secure the Second Lien Obligations).

Second Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents (or any similarly defined term) (as defined in the Second-Lien Note Indenture) and any other agreement, document, mortgage or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted (or purported to be granted) securing any Second-Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated, modified and/or Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Second Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents”, as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

Second Lien Security Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement (insofar as the same grants a Lien on the Collateral), each agreement listed in Part B of Exhibit B hereto and any other security agreements, pledge agreements, collateral assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust, collateral agency agreements, control agreements, or grants or transfers for security, now existing or entered into after the date hereof, executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Grantor creating (or purporting to create) a Lien upon Collateral in favor of the Second Lien Agent (including any such agreements, assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust and other documents or instruments associated with any Second Lien Substitute Facility).

Second Lien Security Documents means the collective reference to each security agreement, pledge agreement, mortgage, deed of trust, collateral agreement, instrument or other document granting or perfecting a Lien on any asset or assets of any Person in accordance with the terms of the Prepetition Intercreditor Agreement to secure the obligations and liabilities of Holdings, the Borrower and certain of its Subsidiaries under the Second Lien Note Documents.

Second Lien Security Documents means any and all security agreements, pledge agreements, mortgages and other agreements and documents pursuant to which any Liens are granted to secure any Indebtedness or other obligations in respect of the Second Lien Notes.
