General Security Agreement definition

General Security Agreement means the general security agreement dated on or about the date hereof given by Borrower in favour of Lender in respect of the Obligations.
General Security Agreement means that certain Security Agreement (Personal Property), substantially in the form of Exhibit F, dated as of the date hereof, between Borrowers (or, as the case may be, each Guarantor), as Debtor, and Lender, as Secured Party, securing the Obligations of Borrowers (or, as the case may be, the obligations of each Guarantor), as the same may from time to time be amended, modified or supplemented.
