Mortgage Documents definition

Mortgage Documents means the Mortgages, the Assignments of Leases and Rents and the Fixture Filings.
Mortgage Documents means the Mortgages, the Collateral Assignments of Leases and Rents and, if any, the Fixture Filings.

Mortgage Documents means the Mortgages and the Fixture Filings.
