Borrower Security Agreement definition

Borrower Security Agreement means the Security Agreement among the Agent on behalf of the Lenders and the Borrower, executed and delivered simultaneously with this Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-2, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

More Definitions of Borrower Security Agreement

Borrower Security Agreement means the Security Agreement executed and delivered pursuant to Section 5.1.6, substantially in the form of Exhibit G-1 hereto, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
