Scheme Specification definition

Scheme Specification means a specification setting out the arrangements for an Individual Scheme agreed by the Partners to be commissioned under this Agreement. Sensitive Personal Data means Sensitive Personal Data as defined in the 1998 Act. Services means such health and social care services as agreed from time to time by the Partners as commissioned under the arrangements set out in this Agreement and more specifically defined in each Scheme Specification.
