Scheme Specification means a specification setting out the arrangements for an Individual Scheme agreed by the Partners to be commissioned under this Agreement.

Scheme Specification means a specification setting out the arrangements for an Individual Scheme agreed by the Partners to be commissioned under this Agreement and to which the arrangements set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement shall apply (unless an Individual Scheme expressly states that alternative arrangements apply in whole or part to that Individual Scheme). • Unless the context otherwise requires, the defined terms used in this Scheme Specification shall have the meanings set out in the Agreement.

• The Partners shall not enter into a Scheme Specification in respect of an Individual Scheme unless they are satisfied that the Individual Scheme in question will improve health and well-being in accordance with this Agreement.

• The Health Related Functions or NHS Functions relevant to each Individual Scheme will be identified in that Scheme Specification.

• The CCGs will commission the ▇▇▇▇ Services from the Council who shall act as in house provider of the ▇▇▇▇ Services in accordance with the terms of this Scheme Specification.

• The Lead Commissioner shall develop a Scheme Specification and consult and agree procurement arrangements with the other Partner.

• Subject to any contrary provision in the relevant Scheme Specification, the Parties agree that Overspends or Underspends shall be managed in accordance with this Schedule 3.

More Definitions of Scheme Specification

Scheme Specification means the documents and plans relating to the specification of materials and techniques to be used in carrying out the Scheme Works and referred to and specified in Part 2 of the Schedule and such other documents, plans or amendments approved by HES from time to time in their absolute discretion;

Scheme Specification means a specification setting out the detailed arrangements relating to a particular BCF Service within a Commissioning Plan agreed by the Parties to be commissioned under this Agreement as set out in Part 2 of Schedule 6.
