Authorised Signatory definition

Authorised Signatory means, in relation to any Obligor, any person who is duly authorised and in respect of whom the Administrative Agent has received a certificate signed by a director or another Authorised Signatory of such Obligor setting out the name and signature of such person and confirming such person’s authority to act.
Authorised Signatory means any person who is represented by the Issuer as being for the time being authorised to sign (whether alone or with another person or other persons) on behalf of the Issuer and so as to bind it;
Authorised Signatory means the individual representing a Bidder who has been duly authorised on behalf of such Bidder to execute and submit the Bid in accordance with the terms hereof.

Authorised Signatory means the person (or persons) authorised by the Tenderer to exercise the rights and powers and perform the functions set out in Sub-Clause 4.6 [Corporate Authorisation].
