SaaS Service definition

SaaS Service means the SaaS Software as deployed and hosted by Licensor on the AWS Service infrastructure, any software and other technology provided or made accessible by Licensor that Buyer is required or has the option to use in order to access, receive and use the SaaS Software as hosted by Licensor, including any software or technology that Buyer is required or has the option to install, operate and use on Buyer’s systems for its use of the SaaS Software, and all related services, functions or responsibilities of Licensor inherent in, and necessary for, the proper performance of such software-as-a-service.

SaaS Service means the online, web-based versions of the Licensed Software provided by Testmo that is subscribed to by Customer pursuant to a Purchase Order, including associated offline components and third party applications. SaaS Services, offline components, and Third Party Applications are accessed as web- based applications unless specifically or otherwise set forth in a Purchase Order.

SaaS Service means access and use of the Product, or a component of a Product, as deployed and hosted by Licensor in the Licensor’s Computing Environment, and any software and other technology provided or made accessible by Licensor in connection therewith (and not as a separate product or service) that Buyer is required or has the option to use in order to access and use the Product.

Examples of SaaS Service in a sentence

• A Subscription, as described in the applicable Product Listing and the corresponding purchase transaction, may be for Product deployed in Buyer’s Computing Environment and/or Product deployed via SaaS Service through Licensor’s Computing Environment.

• If Buyer is purchasing a SaaS Service Subscription, Licensor will provide the Product to Buyer as a SaaS Service in accordance with the Product Listing promptly following purchase of the Subscription and continuing until termination of the Subscription.

• This Section 7 applies to Subscriptions for Product, or a component of a Product, deployed via SaaS Service only.

• In the case of a SaaS Service Subscription, termination by Licensor pursuant to this Section does not prejudice Buyer’s right, and Licensor’s obligation, to extract or assist with the retrieval or deletion of Buyer Data as set forth in Section 10.3.2 following such termination.

• Licensor will provide Buyer all license keys, access credentials and passwords necessary for access and use of the Product via the SaaS Service (“Keys”) as set forth in the Product Listing.

More Definitions of SaaS Service

SaaS Service means the API which will be used in conjunction with the Customer’s proprietary Application to process scanned images; SaaS Subscription Fee means a fee for use of the SaaS service; Services means the services provided by Pentana Solutions to the Customer pursuant to the SLA including but not limited to Maintenance Services and Professional Services delivered by Pentana under and specified in the Agreements;

SaaS Service means Sysdig’s hosted service solution as specified on an Order Form, made available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The SaaS Service may include the use of certain Software, as applicable.

SaaS Service means, as set forth in recitals of the Subscription Agreement, the ▇▇▇▇ and Primo SaaS Service(s) and any additional SaaS services added by agreement of the parties.

SaaS Service means the hosted online solution provided by Civica, comprising the Software and Documentation, as provided by Civica under this Contract. Services means the services including the SaaS Service detailed in the Order Form or as provided by Civica under this Contract. Software means Civica’s proprietary software, which may include open source software, that is made available to the Customer under this Contract, as detailed in the Order Form. Special Terms means any special, additional or varied terms and conditions including third party terms and conditions that are set out in the Order Form, or that have previously been agreed in writing between Customer and a third party product owner and form part of this Contract. Start Date means the date shown in the Order Form. Working Day means 0900 – 1700 hours on a Monday to Friday excluding English public holidays.

SaaS Service means the NinjaOne online platform service that utilizes the Software on a hosted basis.

SaaS Service means software provided by Blackboard as a Blackboard-hosted solution.

SaaS Service or “SaaS Services” means collectively the online facilities, tools, services or information that we provide through our SaaS Product.
