SaaS Service definition

SaaS Service means the SaaS Software as deployed and hosted by Licensor on the AWS Service infrastructure, any software and other technology provided or made accessible by Licensor that Buyer is required or has the option to use in order to access, receive and use the SaaS Software as hosted by Licensor, including any software or technology that Buyer is required or has the option to install, operate and use on Buyer’s systems for its use of the SaaS Software, and all related services, functions or responsibilities of Licensor inherent in, and necessary for, the proper performance of such software-as-a-service.
SaaS Service means the API which will be used in conjunction with the Customer’s proprietary Application to process scanned images; SaaS Subscription Fee means a fee for use of the SaaS service; Services means the services provided by Pentana Solutions to the Customer pursuant to the SLA including but not limited to Maintenance Services and Professional Services delivered by Pentana under and specified in the Agreements;
SaaS Service means Sysdig’s hosted service solution as specified on an Order Form, available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.

More Definitions of SaaS Service

SaaS Service means, as set forth in recitals of the Subscription Agreement, the Xxxx and Primo SaaS Service(s) and any additional SaaS services added by agreement of the parties.
SaaS Service means software provided by Blackboard as a Blackboard-hosted solution.

SaaS Service means access and use of the Product, or a component of a Product, as deployed and hosted by Licensor in the Licensor’s Computing Environment, and any software and other technology provided or made accessible by Licensor in connection therewith (and not as a separate product or service) that Buyer is required or has the option to use in order to access and use the Product.
SaaS Service means the hosted online solution provided by Civica, as described in the Order Form, comprising the Software and the Support Services, and the Documentation, as updated by Civica from time to time. Services mean any services provided by Civica under this Contract as detailed in the Order Form including any implementation services and the SaaS Service & Support Services. Software means the software, which may include Open Source Software that is licensed to, or made available to Customer under this Contract, as listed in the Order Form, together with any updates or Maintenance Releases (but excludes New Versions). Special Terms means any special, additional or varied terms and conditions including third party terms and conditions that are set out in the Order Form and form part of this Contract or that have previously been agreed in writing between Customer and a third party Product owner. Start Date means the date shown in the Order Form when the Software is ready for use in a live environment by Customer and when Support Services start. Support Services means the maintenance and support services for the Software as described in the Order Form. Working Day means 0900 – 1700 hours on a Monday to Friday excluding English public holidays.
