More Definitions of Maintenance Releases

Maintenance Releases means maintenance fixes, patches, and work-around solutions for Licensed Software that SELECTHEALTH elects to install or otherwise implement for the Licensed Software and this Agreement. “Updates” shall mean updates and upgrades to and new versions and releases of Licensed Software that SELECTHEALTH elects to install or otherwise implement for the Licensed Software and this Agreement. HCO may be asked to install Maintenance Releases and Updates for SELECTHEALTH-Provided Client Software on HCO Computers.
Maintenance Releases means an update to the LINQ Product which includes fixes to known defects and does not intentionally introduce any new or modified application behavior.
Maintenance Releases means Software updates or version releases, including bug fixes, maintenance, support, modifications, additions and enhancements developed after the Effective Date of the applicable Order Form that Licensor generally makes available to its customers as part of Maintenance Services.
