Cloud Service Provider (CSP): A company or institution that offers some component of cloud computing to other businesses or individual, typically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS), as defined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined will have the meaning assigned to such terms in your Software as a Service Agreement.
