Productive Use definition

Productive Use means Use of the Software solely to operate Licensee's internal business operations.
Productive Use means any use of any of the Software Products in their application purposes.
Productive Use means Use of the Software solely to operate Licensee's or an authorized Affiliate's business, including Electronic Data Interchange transactions and developmental work.

  • Upon Puppet’s request, Customer shall, within three (3) business days of such request, provide Puppet with a certification signed by Customer’s authorized representative verifying the number of Nodes being used by Customer in Productive Use.

  • After First Productive Use and during the Term, WellSky shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Cloud Services via the Internet twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

More Definitions of Productive Use

Productive Use means use of Processing Services to process live data.
