SaaS Software definition

SaaS Software means those SaaS licensed programs and associated documentation licensed to City by Contractor as listed in this Agreement and Appendices and any modification or Upgrades or modifications to the program(s) provided under this Agreement.
SaaS Software the computer software listed on a SaaS Subscription Schedule to which Contractor has granted City access and use as part of the Subscription Services. This includes any customization, other derivative works, upgrades, releases, fixes, patches, etc. related to the software that Contractor develops or deploys during the term of this Contract, together with all documentation provided by or otherwise required of Contractor for any of the software, customization, other derivative works, upgrades, releases, fixes, patches, etc.
SaaS Software mean the computer software listed on a SaaS subscription schedule to which Vendor has granted the Port access and use as part of the subscription. This includes any customization, other derivative works, upgrades, releases, fixes, patches, etc., related to the software that Vendor develops or deploys during the term of this Agreement, together with all documentation provided by or otherwise required of Vendor for any of the software, customization, other derivative works, upgrade, releases, fixes, patches, etc.

Examples of SaaS Software in a sentence

  • Any SaaS Software developed by Contractor during the performance of the Contract will belong solely and exclusively to Contractor and its licensors.

  • City’s access to and use of and Contractor’s provision of the SaaS Software Applications and other Services listed on a SaaS Subscription Schedule and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the SaaS Subscription Schedule and Contract documents, as appropriate.

  • City’s employees, agents, consultants, outsourcing companies, contractors and others who are authorized by City to access and use the SaaS Software Applications and any part or portion of the Subscription Services or non-Subscription Services in the performance of their duties for City.

  • This Section 7 applies to Subscriptions for SaaS Software and SaaS Service only.

  • Such emergency maintenance may include, but is not limited to: analysis, testing, repair, maintenance, re-setting and other servicing of the hardware, cabling, networks, software and other devices, materials and systems through which access to and/or use of the SaaS Software by City is made available.

In these General Conditions of Purchase, the following words have the following meaning:
SaaS Software means Software that is installed on hardware arranged by and under the control of Seeq, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. SaaS Software is managed by Seeq. Example of SaaS Software include Seeq Server installed as SaaS Software.
SaaS Software means CLIENT’s cloud-based software platform known as Beeline Routes, including any applicable updates thereto made available to Licensee hereunder.
