Quality Technical Agreement definition

Quality Technical Agreement or “QTA” means the agreement between the Parties governing the quality aspects of the Centre that are comprised in the Quality Management System (as it may be amended from time to time)
Quality Technical Agreement means the agreement between the Parties that further defines the roles and responsibilities of the Parties with respect to the Services, and the processes and communications flows to be followed, as set out in Schedule 4;
Quality Technical Agreement means the quality agreement that will be negotiated and signed by authorized representatives of the Parties and which will govern the essential quality obligations of them in the manufacture, testing and release of the Products hereunder. The Quality & Technical Agreement may be amended or revised from time to time by the mutual written agreement of the Parties. A copy of the Quality & Technical Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Schedule 7.2.
