Property Personnel definition

Property Personnel means employees of Leasing Manager hired or retained by Manager to perform services for the Properties under this Agreement, which services include, but are not limited to, property management, property-level accounting and book-keeping services, property-level budgeting and forecasting, and property-level tax preparation services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following persons are not considered Property Personnel: (i) any Manager or Leasing Manager whose primary responsibility is to manage Property Personnel and who is not directly responsible for providing services to a specific Property or group of Properties, and (ii) any person who also serves as an executive officer of Manager or Leasing Manager and/or as an executive officer of Owner.
Property Personnel means all Personnel hired or engaged specifically to perform services solely on-site at the Property, or otherwise solely in connection with the Property.
Property Personnel means persons hired or retained as employees of PECO to perform services at or for the Properties, which services include, but are not limited to, property management, property-level accounting and book-keeping services, property-level budgeting and forecasting, economic development, and property-level tax preparation services; provided, however, that the following persons shall not be considered Property Personnel: (i) any manager whose primary responsibility is to manage Property Personnel and who is not directly responsible for providing services to a specific Property or group of Properties, and (ii) any person who also serves as an executive officer of PECO and/or as an executive officer of Owner.

More Definitions of Property Personnel

Property Personnel means those persons employed by Manager to carry out Manager’s obligations under this Agreement (including, but not limited to, the Manager- Level Employees, Maintenance Technicians, and other personnel necessary to the operation and maintenance of the Property as specified in the Budget).

Related to Property Personnel

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Title IX Personnel means any person who addresses, works on, or assists with the school district’s response to a report of sexual harassment or formal complaint, and includes persons who facilitate informal resolutions. The following are considered Title IX Personnel:

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.
