Original Project Documents definition

Original Project Documents has the meaning given to it in Clause 4.2.1.
Original Project Documents means the agreements entered into by the Contractor for the performance of the obligations under this Contract in the agreed form which are listed in Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 12 (Project Documents);
Original Project Documents means (i) the Supply Agreement; (ii) the Coordination Contract; (iii) the PPA; (iv) the KPLC Security Agreement; (v) the KPLC Letter of Credit; (vi) the GoK Support Letter; (vii) the Site Agreement; (viii) the Land Grant; (ix) the Management Services Agreement; (x) the Marriott Drilling Agreement; (xi) the Geodrill Service Agreement; (xii) the Intermediate Shareholder Loan Agreement; (xiii) all contracts relating to the design, engineering, procurement and construction of the Project exceeding a value of $200,000; (xiv) all contracts for the lease of equipment or facilities for the Project exceeding a value of $100,000; (xv) all contracts to provide services to the Project exceeding a value of $200,000; (xvi) all contracts described in subsections (xii) through (xv) above that are entered into by the Borrower subsequent to the date hereof and prior to the date of the first Closing Date; and (xvii) all other material documents, contracts and agreements (other than the Financing Documents) executed subsequent to the date hereof and prior to the date of the first Closing Date and relating to the Project, including documents relevant to the construction, variation, operation or maintenance of the Project or ownership or management of the Borrower, in each case designated as a Project Document by the Borrower and OPIC. Contracts solely for the purchase of commodities, consumables or supplies to be utilized in connection with any contract described in subsections (i) through (xvii) above shall not be an “Original Project Document”.

  • This may be accomplished by an assignment and assumption of the Original Partnership’s interests in the subject property and project, or by termination of the Original Project Documents and execution of the New Project Documents by the New Partnership and the Authority.

Related to Original Project Documents

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Material Project Documents means the Borrower LLC Agreement, the Holdings LLC Agreement, the Construction Contract, the Power Purchase Agreement, the Interconnection Agreement, the O&M Agreement, the Lease, the Water Contract and to the extent material to the Project, any other individual Real Property Document, and each Additional Project Document that is reasonably deemed material to the Project by Lender (in consultation with the Independent Engineer).

  • Original Project means the Project described in the Original Financing Agreement.

  • Project Document means any one of the foregoing;

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Project Contract means any agreement or agreements for the design, development, acquisition, installation, implementation and construction of all or a substantial part of the Project by and between a Contractor and the Recipient.

  • Project Agreements means this Agreement, EPC Contract, O&M Contract and any other agreements or material contracts that may be entered into by the Developer with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Construction Contract means the agreement(s) entered into between the Company and the Construction Contractor(s) for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, completion, start-up, testing, and Commissioning of the Facility, and also includes any amendment to such agreement(s) made from time to time;

  • Construction Agreement means the proposed building agreement between the Company and a proposed builder substantially in the form of the draft agreement a copy of which has been signed on behalf of the Authority and the Company for the purposes of identification;

  • Original Project Cost means the capital expenditure incurred by the Generating Company or the Transmission Licensee, as the case may be, within the original scope of the project up to the cut-off date as admitted by the Commission;

  • Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.

  • Lease Documents has the meaning set forth in the Basic Servicing Agreement; provided that such definition shall refer only to lease documents related to Leases allocated to the 20[●]-[●] Lease SUBI.

  • Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Project Agreement means the agreement between the Bank and the Project Implementing Entity of even date herewith, as the same may be amended from time to time; and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the Project Agreement.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections approved by the City in accordance with the Municipal Code and this Agreement.

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Equipment Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.9.

  • Aircraft Documents means all technical data, manuals and log books, and all inspection, modification and overhaul records and other service, repair, maintenance and technical records that are required by the FAA (or the relevant Aviation Authority), to be maintained with respect to the Aircraft, Airframe, Engines or Parts, and such term shall include all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements of any such materials from time to time made, or required to be made, by the FAA (or other Aviation Authority) regulations, and in each case in whatever form and by whatever means or medium (including, without limitation, microfiche, microfilm, paper or computer disk) such materials may be maintained or retained by or on behalf of Owner (provided, that all such materials shall be maintained in the English language).

  • Equipment Lease means a Contract for the lease of Equipment or for the purchase of Equipment under a conditional sales or title retention agreement.

  • Facility Agreements means the agreements of that name between the Issuer and different

  • Initial Contracts means those Contracts conveyed to the Trust on the Closing Date.
