Land Grant definition

Land Grant means the Agreement and Conditions of Sale dated 3 February 2015 registered in the Land Registry as New Grant No.22040 including all amendments, variations, modifications or extensions thereof or waivers or consents or no-objections by the Government of or in relation to any provision contained therein, made or effected from time to time after the date of the Land Grant;
Land Grant means the land concession by way of lease, for the Land, for a period of 25 years as of 17 October 2001, renewable for successive periods of ten years up to 19 December 2049, registered with the Macau Immovable Property Registry in PropCo’s name under inscription no. 26642 of Book F, titled by Dispatch of the Secretary for Public Works and Transportation no. 100/2001 of 9 October 2001.
Land Grant means a patented community land grant-merced organized and operating as a political subdivision of the state.

Land Grant means New Grant No.22040 and any subsequent modification to it.
