IN THE AGREED FORM means a document in a form which has been agreed by the parties contemporaneously with or before the execution of this Agreement and which has, for the purposes of identification, been initialled by them or on their behalf;
IN THE AGREED FORM means that document in a form agreed between the parties such agreement being signified by the signature or initialling of a draft for the purposes of identification by or on behalf of each of the parties;
