Order Documents definition

Order Documents means written documents, the terms of which include Hexagon’s commitment to provide products, licenses, and/or services at a specified price, subject to the terms and conditions of the Principle Contracting Document. Order Documents may consist of a single document executed by the parties or a combination of documents that together form an Order.
Order Documents means the quotation and/or the order confirmation and/or the invoice sent by Dell to Customer which describes the Products, Software and Services purchased by Customer under the Agreement as well as Prices, payment terms and other provisions.
Order Documents means: (i) an account registration and order form for the Products and/or Services duly submitted on-line or in any other manner required by Waterford, in the form provided by Waterford, setting forth the Products or Services ordered and the applicable Fees, and/or (ii) such other documents as may be required by Waterford from time to time in connection with the subscription for the Products or ordering of Services. When submitted by Customer and accepted by Waterford, all applicable Order Documents of Customer are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference and are part of this Agreement as if fully set forth in this Agreement.

Examples of Order Documents in a sentence

  • This Agreement, including Order Document(s) and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Customer and Quinnox with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and they supersede all earlier agreements and understandings, oral and written, between the Parties related to the subject matter.

More Definitions of Order Documents

Order Documents mean the purchase order or any equivalent ordering document and the order confirmation that detail the components, solutions, and quantities of your purchase of the Software.
Order Documents means either the Quotation or the Invoice.
