Agreement Documents definition

Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
Agreement Documents means all of the following documents:

Examples of Agreement Documents in a sentence

  • It is hereby mutually agreed and understood that in any particulars and provisions or parts thereof wherein any of the other Agreement Documents are contrary to the text of this Agreement, then the text of this Agreement shall control and supersede such provisions of any other Agreement Documents.

Agreement Documents means the documents listed in Article 5 of this Agreement.

EXHIBIT B – Sample Agreement to Renew. 15.2.4. EXHIBIT C – Sample Option Letter to Renew.
