Specified Price definition

Specified Price has the meaning given in clause 3.3(b)(ii);
Specified Price means, in respect of a Commodity Reference Price, such relevant price as set out in the applicable Final Terms under the heading "Specified Price", provided that such price is reported in or by, or capable of being determined from information reported in or by, the relevant Price Source, included but not limited to: (A) the high price; (B) the low price; (C) the average of the high price and the low price; (D) the closing price; (E) the opening price; (F) the bid price; (G) the asked price; (H) the average of the bid price and the asked price; (I) the settlement price; (J) the official settlement price; (K) the official price; (L) the morning fixing; (M) the afternoon fixing; (N) the spot price; or (O) any other price specified in the Final Terms.
Specified Price means the Closing Price or the Intraday Price, as specified in the applicable Issue Terms.

Examples of Specified Price in a sentence

  • The delivery of the Offer Notice by the Transferring Member to the Non-Transferring Members shall constitute an offer by the Transferring Member to negotiate in good faith to sell to the Non-Transferring Members the Specified Interest at the Specified Price upon the Specified Terms.

Specified Price means, any of the following prices (which must be a price reported in or by, or capable of being determined from information reported in or by, the relevant Price Source), as specified in the applicable Confirmation (and, if applicable, as of the time so specified): (i) the high price; (ii) the low price; (iii) the average of the high price and the low price; (iv) the closing price; (v) the opening price; (vi) the bid price; (vii) the asked price; (viii) the average of the bid price and the asked price; (ix) the settlement price; (x) the official settlement price; (xi) the official price; (xii) the morning fixing; (xiii) the afternoon fixing; (xiv) the spot price; or (xv) any other price specified in the applicable Confirmation on the Valuation Date.
Specified Price means, in respect of a Commodity Reference Price, any of the following prices (which must be a price reported in or by, or capable of being determined from information reported in or by, the relevant Price Source), as specified in the Final Terms or (as applicable) the Pricing Supplement (and, if applicable, as of the time so specified): (a) the high price, (b) the low price,
Specified Price means the price of the underlying commodity according to the Underlying Commodity Index on the Commodity Conversion Maturity Date except that, for certain Option Types, such price will be calculated on the basis of a formula to be determined in the Conversion Notification Letter.
