Junior Documents definition

Junior Documents means, collectively, with respect to any Junior Obligations, any provision pertaining to such Junior Obligation in any Loan Document or any other document, instrument or certificate evidencing or delivered in connection with such Junior Obligation.

Junior Documents means (a) in respect of the Noteholder First Lien Collateral, the Revolving Facility Documents, and (b) in respect of the Revolving Facility First Lien Collateral, the Noteholder Documents.

Junior Documents means (i) as to the Revolving Credit Priority Collateral, the Term Loan Credit Documents, (ii) as to the Term Loan Priority Collateral, the Revolving Credit Documents, and (iii) as to all Collateral, at all times prior to Payment in Full of the Term Loan Obligations and the Revolving Credit Obligations, the Existing Notes Documents.

• The provisions of the Junior Documents as in effect on the date hereof may not be amended or modified in any respect without the prior written consent of Senior Creditor.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, each Junior Secured Party may exercise its rights and remedies as an unsecured creditor against the Loan Parties in accordance with the terms of the Junior Documents and applicable law.

Junior Documents means each Junior Facility Agreement.

Junior Documents means any and all agreements, documents and instruments evidencing, together with all amendments, supplements and restatements thereof, evidencing, governing or executed or delivered in connection with the Junior Indebtedness.

Junior Documents means (a) for the ABL Priority Collateral, (i) in respect of the ABL Documents, each of the First Lien Documents, the Second Lien Documents and the Subordinated Lien Documents, (ii) in respect of the First Lien Documents, each of the Second Lien Documents and the Subordinated Lien Documents, and (iii) in respect of the Second Lien Documents, the Subordinated Lien Documents and (b) for the Note Priority Collateral, (i) in respect of the First Lien Documents, each of the ABL Documents, the Second Lien Documents and the Subordinated Lien Documents, (ii) in respect of each of the ABL Documents and the Second Lien Documents, the Subordinated Lien Documents.

Junior Documents means (1) with respect to the ABL Priority Collateral, this Indenture and the other documents governing the Note Obligations and (2) with respect to the Notes Priority Collateral, the Credit Agreement and the other documents governing the ABL Obligations.
