Subscription Order Form definition

Subscription Order Form means the order form incorporating these Subscription Terms and Conditions.

Subscription Order Form means the document by which Customer orders any Services; each Subscription Order Form will incorporate these Terms and Conditions and the CampusLogic Service Level Agreement by reference, each of which is incorporated into the Agreement.

Subscription Order Form means Axway’s standard subscription order form (or other similar document duly executed by the Parties) which specifies Customer’s Axway Managed Cloud subscription and the fees therefor.

• Subscriber shall also pay any other applicable fees and pre-approved expenses specified in the Subscription Order Form.

• Unless otherwise noted on the Subscription Order Form, the Annual Fees shall be payable in advance and shall be nonrefundable.

• Implementation Fees are one-time fees due prior to the Service Effective Date, unless otherwise specified in any Subscription Order Form.

• All notices, requests, and other communications hereunder have binding legal effect only if in writing and addressed to a party at the contact information specified in the applicable Subscription Order Form.

• If any provision of a Subscription Order Form conflicts with any provision in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Subscription Order Form shall take precedence.

More Definitions of Subscription Order Form

Subscription Order Form means a duly executed order form relating to the provision of specific Power Grids Services by Power Grids to Subscriber and that expressly incorporates by reference these Subscription Terms.

Subscription Order Form means the Subscription Order Form attached hereto as Exhibit A and any Subscription Order Form referencing this Agreement which may be executed by the parties in the future to enable Customer to order additional Services. The parties hereby agree as follows:
