Shared Workspace. Phase Two is a shared workspace, which means you will be working in an open workspace and sharing the space with others. It needs to be kept clean and orderly. That means cleaning and/or storing your personal belongings and valuables from your shared workspace when you leave. If you leave your property at the Space, it is at your own risk. We have security cameras. but we're not responsible for your property or the actions of any third parties.

Shared Workspace. PRECISE4Q consortium recognises the importance of effective communication between consortium members. This is facilitated by online shared workspaces. The Project Coordinator will provide the workspace, with access being restricted to the consortium members only to avoid broadcasting of the sensitive data and interim results. Solutions currently being considered for this include Dropbox, box, ownCloud or Nextcloud. For the time being, project partners are able to connect via a Dropbox account where project documents can already easily be made available to all those concerned.
Shared Workspace. 1. Employees who spend less than 50% of their time in the office will be provided shared workspace, which will generally comply with the space standards set forth in Section 2. 2. Shared workspaces will be provided at a ratio of one workspace for every two (2) employees in that location. 3. If an employee’s office utilization rate increases following the calculation under Section 1B, and the employee has spent more than 50% of his or her time in the office for a period of at least six months, the employee will be eligible for assigned work space, subject to availability. An employee who believes this applies may request the Employer to recalculate his or her office utilization rate.
Shared Workspace. All occupants, including employees under a Reasonable Accommodation, of office space will be provided shared workspace of no less than 48 square feet that can be reserved when less than 60% of their time is in the office. The quantity of shared workspaces will be at a ratio of one workspace for every two (2) employees in that location. These workspaces will be in addition to any team rooms, conference rooms and/or training team rooms. Employees will use the electronic reservation system provided by the Employer to reserve shared workspaces and other rooms.
