Offer Data definition

Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new resource, and other data and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generation resources and Demand Resource(s) for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability and security of the Transmission System in the PJM Region, and specified for submission to the PJM Interchange Energy Market for such purposes by the Office of the Interconnection.
Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new resource, and other data and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generation resources and Demand Resource(s) for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability and security of the Transmission System in the PJM Region, and specified for submission to the PJM Interchange Energy Market for such purposes by the Office of the Interconnection. “Office of the Interconnection” shall mean the employees and agents of PJM Interconnection,
Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new resource, and other data and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generation resources and Demand Resource(s) for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability and security of the Transmission System in the PJM Region, and specified for submission to the PJM Interchange Energy Market for such purposes by the Office of the Interconnection. “Office of the Interconnection” shall mean the employees and agents of PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. subject to the supervision and oversight of the PJM Board, acting pursuant to the Operating Agreement.

  • Such Technical Offer Data will be subject to validation by the Company.

  • Potential Ramping Margin means the increased MW Output and/or MW Reduction that a Providing Unit can provide based on its Technical Offer Data as determined by its Warmth State or Ramping Margin Limitation as appropriate.

  • Market Sellers shall comply with the prices, terms, and operating characteristics of all Offer Data submitted to and accepted by the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

  • A generator dispatched by the Office of the Interconnection pursuant to a control signal appropriate to increase or decrease the generator's megawatt output level shall be able to change output at the ramping rate specified in the Offer Data submitted to the Office of the Interconnection for that generator.

  • The Technical Offer Data, Minimum Generation and average MW Output or average MW Reduction of the Providing Unit for that Trading Period and the minimum of the Availability of the Providing Unit from the start of that Trading Period until three hours later form the basis for calculating RM1 Available Volume.

  • A Market Seller shall be credited for its pool-scheduled resources based on the prices offered for the operation of such resource, provided that the resource was available for the entire time specified in the Offer Data for such resource, in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 3.2.3(b).

  • All Members that are Market Buyers shall become Market Sellers upon submission to the Office of the Interconnection of the applicable Offer Data in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule.

Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new Resource, and other data, including generating unit and Dispatchable Asset Related Demand operating limits based on physical characteristics, and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generating and Dispatchable Asset Related Demand Resources for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability and security of the transmission system in the New England Control Area, and specified for submission to the New England Markets for such purposes by the ISO.
Offer Data means all data and information relating to Offers made on or through the GBC Platform;
Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new resource, and other data and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generation resources and Demand Resource(s) for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability

Related to Offer Data

  • Offer Date means the date on which an Exclusionary Offer is made;

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
