New Resource definition

New Resource means an Educational Resource which includes “Artwork” licensed under this licence. A New Resource does not have an Expiry Date.
New Resource. (08/15/08 Version) means (1) a Specified Resource listed in section 2 of Exhibit A that «Customer Name» was or is first obligated by contract, or was or is obligated by statute, to use to serve «Customer Name»’s Total Retail Load after September 30, 2006, and (2) any Unspecified Resource Amounts listed in Exhibit A.
New Resource means that the Project (a) has a remaining design life of at least [ # ] years after the Initial Delivery Date as attested by an engineering assessment performed by a professional mechanical engineer (with experience acceptable to SCE in its sole discretion) licensed by the State of California; (b) will provide incremental capacity to the region of the CAISO’s control area known as SP15; and (c) is a [Western LA Basin Project or Moorpark Sub-Area Project].
