Approved Classification Society means, in relation to a Ship, a classification society which is a member of IACS (other than the China Classification Society and the Russian Maritime Registry of Shipping) and acceptable to the Agent;
Approved Classification Society means in relation to a Ship, as at the date of this Agreement, the classification society in relation to that Ship specified Schedule 6 (Details of the Ships), or any other classification society approved in writing by the Facility Agent acting with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Approved Classification Society means any classification society set forth on Schedule 1.01(b) or otherwise approved by the Administrative Agent (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).
