Pandemic Measures definition
Pandemic Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place,” “stay at home,” workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure, sequester, immunization requirements, safety or similar Law, directive, guidelines or recommendations promulgated by any Governmental Authority, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization, in each case, in connection with or in response to a pandemic, including COVID-19.

Parent will use its reasonable best efforts to minimize any disruption to the respective business of the Acquired Companies that may result from requests for access under this Section 6.05 and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Company may satisfy its obligations set forth above by electronic means if physical access is not reasonably feasible or would not be permitted under Applicable Law or as a result of COVID-19 or any Pandemic Measures.

Pandemic Measures means any applicable quarantine, “shelter in place,” “stay at home,” workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure, sequester or any other Law, order, directive, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Group Companies in connection with or in response to COVID-19 or other pandemics.

Pandemic Measures means any workforce reduction, social distancing measure, office closure or safety measure adopted in response to any Legal Requirement, directive, guideline or recommendation promulgated by any Governmental Body, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in each case, arising out of, or otherwise related to any Contagion Event.
