Examples of Classes in a sentence

  • The Indenture Trustee will, on Trust Order, authenticate and deliver the Notes for original issue in the Classes, Note Interest Rates and initial Note Balances as stated below.

Classes means, with respect to any Series, any unissued Shares of such Series in respect of which the Trustees shall from time to time fix and determine any special provisions relating to sales charges, any rights of redemption and the price, terms and manner of redemption, special and relative rights as to dividends and other distributions and on liquidation, sinking or purchase fund provisions, conversion rights, and conditions under which the Shareholders of such Class shall have separate voting rights or no voting rights.
