Networked Services. The LHD is part of an integrated network of clinical services that aim to ensure timely access to appropriate care for all eligible patients. It is also recognised that some services continue to be provided through Hosted Service Agreements or Inter-District/Network Agreements. While these arrangements are in place, each District and Network will need to ensure appropriate services are maintained to all eligible patients, regardless of geographical area of residence.

Networked Services. Calvary Mater Newcastle is part of an integrated network of clinical services that aim to ensure timely access to appropriate care for all residents in NSW. Variation to these service provisions should not occur without prior agreement with the Ministry of Health. It is also recognised that some services continue to be provided through Hosted Service Agreements or Inter-District/Network Agreements. While these arrangements are in place, each District and Network and other affected Health Service will need to ensure appropriate services are maintained to the residents of their respective District or Network. Nationally Funded Centres and Supra LHD Services Nationally Funded Centres and Supra LHD Services are set out in Schedule D, Part B. Cross District Referral Networks Districts, Networks and other Health Services are part of a referral network with the other relevant Services. It forms the central hub of the Hunter New England Cancer Network with responsibility (through the Clinical Cancer Network Leadership Committee and the Director of Cancer Services) to the whole of the LHD.   • Cloud Services If You would like to deploy Cloud Services, We grant You and Your Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to authorize individuals solely within Your and Your Affiliates’ organization (“Users”) to access or exchange data via the Cloud Services during the Term (as defined in Section 8 below), but only for Your own internal business purposes and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and terms associated with the specific Cloud Services contained in the Order and applicable schedule(s). We are not responsible for web pages or servers that are not owned or controlled by Us, even if linked to (including via application programming interfaces) the Cloud Service. We do not endorse any sites on the Internet that are linked through the Cloud Service; such links are provided to You and your Users only as a convenience. In addition, certain third-party providers of ancillary software, hardware or services may require Your agreement to additional or different licence or other terms prior to Your or Your Users’ use of or access to such software, hardware or services. Cloud Services offerings may include a limited-use subscription to on- premise Software as described in the applicable schedule(s), and use of such Software must comply with all licence terms. Under no circumstances may the Cloud Services be used for any illegal or illicit purpose in any geography where the Cloud Services are used. You must: (i) protect the secrecy of Your authorized user IDs and passwords; (ii) notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of any user ID or password or any other known or suspected breach of security; and (iii) report to Us immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any copying or distribution of content not authorized by Us. You agree that anyone who inputs a valid user ID and password will be deemed an appropriate User unless and until You notify Us otherwise in writing. Any individual User who has violated this Section may have its account suspended.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. Change requests are governed by the change management procedures as set forth in the SOW.

  • Enhanced Services The State encourages the Contractor to cover programs that enhance the general health and well-being of its Hoosier Healthwise members, including programs that address preventive health, risk factors or personal responsibility. These enhanced programs and services are above and beyond those covered in the Hoosier Healthwise program. In addition, all enhanced services shall comply with the member incentives guidelines set forth in Section 6.2.2 and other relevant state and federal rules regarding inducements. All enhanced services offered by the Contractor must be pre-approved by OMPP prior to initiating such services. Enhanced services may include, but are not limited to, such items as:

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.
