Referral Hospital definition

Referral Hospital means an Approved Hospital, in or outside Rajasthan enlisted in Appendix-III.
Referral Hospital means a hospital that has sufficient resources to receive emergency or non-emergency patient transfers and referrals from a CAH. Sufficient resources include at least three full-time physicians on staff and licensure as a general hospital.
Referral Hospital means a hospital identified by the birthing center to receive mothers and/or infants who are not low risk.

  • The contract form, the price schedules and the schedule of requirements shall be deemed to form part of the contract award to incorporate corrections or modifications agreed by the tendered and Kisumu County Referral Hospital in accordance with the instructions to tenderers or general conditions of contract.

This includes, but is not limited to, a long-term acute care unit, an acute mental health or acute short-term rehabilitation unit or hospital.
