Referral Hospital means an Approved Hospital, in or outside Rajasthan enlisted in Appendix-III.

  • Kisumu County Referral Hospital will award the contract to the successful tenderer(s) whose tender has been determined to be substantially responsive and has been determined to be the lowest evaluated tender, provided further that the tenderer is determined to be qualified to perform the contract satisfactorily.

  • The contract form, the price schedules and the schedule of requirements shall be deemed to form part of the contract award to incorporate corrections or modifications agreed by the tendered and Kisumu County Referral Hospital in accordance with the instructions to tenderers or general conditions of contract.

  • Kisumu County Referral Hospital shall notify the tenderer in writing in a timely manner, of the identity of any representatives retained for these purposes.
