Care Services definition

Care Services means the personal care services, including dressing, washing, bathing, oral hygiene, assistance with mobility, and assistance with eating and drinking, as varied from time to time in accordance with clause 8.3;
Care Services means, subject to the regulations, health care services, rehabilitative or therapeutic services or services that provide assistance with the activities of daily living; (“services en matière de soins”)
Care Services means the care services and goods provided by the Proprietor to the Resident pursuant to and in accordance with this Agreement and as specifically set out in Schedule 2 of this Agreement.

Examples of Care Services in a sentence

  • Custodial Care Services also means those services which do not require the technical skills, professional training and clinical assessment ability of medical and/or nursing personnel in order to be safely and effectively performed.

  • Immunizations for preventive care are provided as specified under Preventive Care Services.

  • Tests and Procedures for preventive care are provided as specified under Preventive Care Services.

  • Physician’s Visits for preventive care are provided as specified under Preventive Care Services.

  • Optional Lens Extras not listed in Section 1: Benefits for Vision Care Services.
