Motor Cycle Parking Space definition

Motor Cycle Parking Space means a parking space as required under Special Condition No.(25)(c)(i) of the Conditions and intended for the parking of motor cycles licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance, any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation, and belonging to the residents of the Residential Units and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees;

Motor Cycle Parking Space means the motor cycle parking space provided pursuant to Special Condition No.(20)(a)(iii) of the Government Grant as shown and delineated on the Approved Plans for the parking of motor cycles belonging to the residents or occupiers of the Development and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees;

Motor Cycle Parking Space means a motor cycle parking space (including the electric vehicles charging enabling facilities and associated conduits serving exclusively the space) provided in the Development in accordance with Clause No.(18)(c)(i) of the Second Schedule to the Modification Letter I and Clause No.(18)(c)(i) of the Second Schedule to the Modification Letter II and each space shall be a space shown on the approved carpark layout plan under Clause No.(24) of the Second Schedule to the Modification Letter I and Clause No.(24) of the Second Schedule to the Modification Letter II.

More Definitions of Motor Cycle Parking Space

Motor Cycle Parking Space means the motor cycle parking space on the Ground Floor of the Development provided pursuant to Special Condition No.(19)(a)(ii) of the Government Grant as shown and delineated on the Approved Plans for the parking of a motor cycle belonging to the Occupiers of the Development and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees, and for the purpose of identification only is marked “MOTOR CYCLE PARKING SPACE M1” on the Ground Floor Plan annexed to this Deed and certified as to the accuracy thereof by or on behalf of the Authorized Person and for the purpose of this definition, Occupiers do not include any of the Owner’s or tenant’s servants, agents, invitees, licensees and visitors, and in the case of the Commercial Accommodation, their employees, customers and suppliers;

Motor Cycle Parking Space means the space in the Car Park numbered M1 on the Third Floor intended for the parking of motor cycle belonging to the residents of the Residential Development and their bona fide guests visitors or invitees. The Motor Cycle Parking Space is more particularly shown on the Third Floor Car Park Plan annexed hereto as Annexure B;

Motor Cycle Parking Space. DRAFT means a parking space in the Carpark provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(29)(c)(i) of the Government Grant intended for the parking of motor cycles belonging to the residents of the Residential Accommodation and their bona fide guests visitors or invitees and to which Undivided Share(s) have been or will be allocated and "Motor Cycle Parking Spaces" shall be interpreted accordingly;

Motor Cycle Parking Space means a space or car port in both the Mixed Car Parking Areas and the Private Car Parking Areas intended for the parking of private motor-cycles in accordance with Special Condition (51)(b) of the Conditions;

Motor Cycle Parking Space. A parking space of the Development provided pursuant to Special Condition No. (24)(c) of the Conditions for parking of motor cycles licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation, and belonging to the residents of the Development and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees.

Motor Cycle Parking Space means a parking space or parking area which is provided for the leaving of motor cycles and is indicated by markings on the surface of the parking place and/or a sign;

Motor Cycle Parking Space means the parking space provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(20)(c)(i) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor cycles belonging to the residents or occupiers of the Development and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees, and for the purposes of identification only is marked “M1” on the G/F PLAN of the DMC Plans;
