Structured Parking definition

Structured Parking means an enclosed, structured floor area used for transient storage of motor vehicles, including associated circulation and building services (such as exhaust fans and ducts that serve the parking area) but not including loading docks, sally ports and building service areas such as enclosed auxiliary lobbies used to enter a building from the parking areas. It is often referred to as a Garage. Structured Parking excludes non-structured on-grade parking even if such parking is sheltered (as in a car port or under a building that is elevated on piers above on-grade parking).
Structured Parking means a structure in which vehicle parking is accommodated on multiple stories; a vehicle parking area that is underneath all or part of any story of a structure; or a vehicle parking area that is not underneath a structure, but is entirely covered, and has a parking surface at least eight feet below grade. Structured Parking does not include surface parking, residential garages, or carports, including solar carports.
Structured Parking means any multi-story structure designed for automobile parking with multiple levels for parking vehicles including parking garages, parking ramps, and parking decks. (Ord. 2012-166. Passed 2-4-13.)

  • Structured Parking - Parking facilities that are constructed in or as part of a Project.

  • Subject to the terms of this Lease, all vehicles parked in the Temporary Parking Area and the Structured Parking and the personal property therein shall be at the sole risk of Tenant, Tenant’s employees, agents, contractors, invitees and the users of such spaces and Landlord shall not be responsible for any injuries to any person nor any damage to any automobile, vehicle or other property that occurs in or about the parking areas.

  • Tenant agrees to comply with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be made by Landlord from time to time in order to insure the proper operation of the Structured Parking if or when created or designated so long as such rules and regulations do not adversely affect Tenant’s rights under this Lease.

  • Landlord shall be responsible for snow and ice removal, landscaping, and groundskeeping for the Building, Common Area, Amenities Area, Temporary Parking Area and Structured Parking.

  • When the Structured Parking has been completed, Landlord shall offer the allotted number of parking stalls to the Tenant.

  • Landlord shall have the right at any time to assign spaces in the Structured Parking to individual tenants, in its sole discretion, provided that Landlord shall make available for Tenant the number of spaces provided for herein.

  • In no event shall Landlord’s election to construct the Structured Parking or the Landlord’s requirement that Tenant’s use the Temporary Parking Stalls during the Construction Period constitute a default by Landlord under this Lease.

  • Upon completion of the Structured Parking, Landlord shall have no further obligation to provide the Temporary Parking Stalls, provided, to the extent such Structured Parking has permanently removed surface parking stalls on the Property, Tenant shall be entitled to use, at no additional charge, the same number of parking stalls within the Structured Parking that were removed from the Property.

  • When a line item amount equals zero (Ø), the item is not printed on the report with an exception of Surface Parking, Structured Parking, and PBS Fees.

Structured Parking means a covered structure or portion of a covered structure that provides parking area for motor vehicles. Structured parking may be below grade.
Structured Parking means a structure, or portion thereof, comprised of one or more levels or floors used exclusively for the parking or storage of motor vehicles, including underground parking and parking at grade within a Building or structure. This does not include a Surface Parking Lot.
