Land and Buildings definition

Land and Buildings means those interests in real property set forth in Schedule C;
Land and Buildings means any and all land or interest in land (including easements) acquired by Transpower for the purposes of establishing a connection location or substation, or for supporting grid assets, together with all buildings, oil containment facilities and the capitalised cost of establishing a connection location or substation or other grid asset (as the case may be);
Land and Buildings means the operating facilities owned by the Borrowers located in the United States of America and described on Schedule A-2 hereto.

More Definitions of Land and Buildings

Land and Buildings means the premises at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ and including all fixtures and equipment that are transferred to the Developer pursuant to the Transfer;
Land and Buildings means collectively the land, factory buildings, and the relevant ancillary factory work facilities of the assembly and testing plant in Hukou, Xinzhu ("Plant 3") and that in Longtan, Taoyuan ("Plant 1"), which are owned by the Borrower.
